My name is Divya Bharti and I am working as a Civil junior Engineer in the panchayati raj department, Bhagalpur in Bihar Government. I have completed my Diploma in civil engineering from Durgapur, West Bengal.I grew up in a Upper Middle Class, Joint family. I have also done B.A English honrs. Persuing Masters from IGNOU also prepareing for state PSC along with job .
